Campbell McAllister
After 6 years training to be an Architect Campbell McAllister decided to take a short break from Architecture and joined the BBC as a Set Designer. This short break soon stretched to 15 years, during which time Campbell worked in a variety of areas of the entertainment industry, directing education programs, light entertainment and documentaries, animating comedy sketches and title sequences, and even dabbling in theatre. After a brief stint as an aid worker in Bosnia, Campbell decided to focus on his animation career. Since then he has produced several short films, including ‘Wrong Turn’ for channel 4, and ‘How the Sea Was Salt’, which won best animation at the Scottish BAFTA New Talent awards in 2000.
Current projects include-
Maud and the Grumpy Planet – An illustrated children’s book and animation.
Roux County – A computer animated short.
