Chris Ellingford
Since graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee in 2005 with an Honours Degree, I have been focussed upon gaining real life experience in the world of design and animation. International and national competitions have played a major role in my skill development.
I received critical acclaim for my Honours project ‘Tam O’Shanter A Contemporary Re-Telling’ when it was awarded Best International Animation in two International competitions. Over the course of this past year I have been working on an animation short named ‘Co-Workers’ which I was commissioned to make after winning a coveted place in the Pocket Shorts Nationwide Competition.
At present, I am a multi-media designer, working in Soho London for a Scottish based company called the Fifth Business whilst working on personal animation projects in my spare time. Creating a set of animations to be entered into future National animation competitions is my current focus. View my website for more information..
